JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. According to the company's overall strategy, combined with the market situation to develop sales strategy and planning and organize the implementation, to achieve sales targets;
2. Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new customer contacts, and open up new markets;
3. Responsible for the construction and growth of the sales team, cultivate a professional sales team, establish an incentive mechanism for the sales team, and inspire sales staff to develop and maintain customers;
4. Make a budget for sales expenses, control sales costs, and improve sales profits;
5. Responsible for the sales management of the team under its jurisdiction, including the formulation, decomposition, deployment and supervision of the implementation of sales targets;
6. Regular or irregular visits to key customers, establish and maintain good cooperative relations with customers and the same industry;
7. In-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, to provide enterprises with business development and price positioning strategic basis;
8. Establish and develop customer relationships, provide users with the best solutions, grasp market dynamics, be familiar with market conditions and have unique insights and marketing solutions;
9. Manage daily sales business work, review business reports such as ordering and shipping, and guide, supervise and effectively control sales activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduated from computer, electronics, communications related majors, bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor device industry, have a certain industry resource background and customer resources, and have keen observation, analysis and judgment ability.
3. High sense of responsibility and self-confidence, able to withstand strong work pressure; Have keen observation, analytical judgment ability.
4. Excellent English in both oral and written.
5. Have rapid learning and flexibility, strong market development, customer communication skills; Strong results orientation and teamwork spirit.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. This position requires extensive travel.
2. All prospective employees must pass a background check.
