Radio Frequency Front-end Filter Designer

Job Descriptions：
1、Design, analysis, modeling, an d optimization of acoustic resonators an d filters, for mobile front-ends; 
2、Characterizing filter performance via wafer an d board-level measurements
3、Collaborate with system level designers to ensure integration of filter with other front-end components
4、Teamwork with the production team an d supply chain management to monitor an d mitigate performance an d manufacturing-related challenges  

Job Requirements：
1、Prior experience in SAW, BAW, MEMS, IPD, microstirp, Ｏr cavity filter design;
2、Proficient in utilizing finite element analysis Ｏr analytical methods to perform optimization in either acoustics an d electromagnetic domain
3、Solid understanding in filter synthesis techniques an d microwave design techniques
4、Proficient in design layout an d its automation
5、Basic understanding of micro-device manufacturing processes
6、Great communication skills an d teamwork capabilities
7、Familiar with RF an d microwave measurement instruments an d techniques
